Those interested on attending the International Conference on Student Assessment and Training in Healthcare Professionals should register exclusively on the event website until October 30, 2020. After this date, registrations can only be made at the event venue, depending on places availability.
Follow the steps below due to register and pay the registration fee:

Keep your login / password due to you have access to the restricted area, which is the space reserved for monitoring registration and payment, sending and checking of abstract sent and changing of basic access data.

  1. The payment of the Conference registration fee will guarantee you the right to participate only in the activities included in the scientific program of the event. Participation in the workshops must be requested at the time of registration and will have an additional cost, according to the values table
  2. Cancellation of registrations: Only written cancellation requests will be accepted by e-mail marcia.evangelista@vipbrasileventos.com.br  until March 20, 2020. The amount refunded corresponds to 100% of the amount paid and will be credited in up to 20 days after request by PagSeguro.
  3. The transfer of registration may be requested until November 10, 2020. Write a email to marcia.evangelista@vipbrasileventos.com.br .
  4. Registration in the system will be valid for 5 days. After this period, the registration and reserved place will be canceled if the event organizators could not to identify the registration.
  5. The data informed during the registration will be automatically imported in order to prepare ID cards and and certificates.
  6. Registered participants in the categories “Undergraduate, graduate and resident students” should the supporting document by e-mail (marcia.evangelista@vipbrasileventos.com.br ) upon the registration.Supporting documents accepted: Student ID (front and back); enrollment certificate stamped and signed by the educational institution; payment slip of the current semester of the educational institution; Professional card for health professionals.
  7. Certificates will be made available online in your restricted área 5 business days after the end of the Conference.
  8. For the presentation of the abstract, it is mandatory to pay the registration of the author who will present the paper.
  1. a) Payment must be made EXCLUSIVELY in the PagSeguro UOL system.Extra Fee: As part of PagSeguro internal policy, it adds a fee of R $ 1.00 (one real) to the payment slip generation. This fee is not passed on to the event
  2. PagSeguro offers the option to installment by credit card, but interests will be charged.
  3. Any and all confirmation of registration will be sent exclusively via email. Therefore, it is mandatory to register a valid and active email address when filling in the registration form. If you do not receive confirmation from the Executive Office, please contact us.

Through this instrument, the PARTICIPANT of this event authorizes, free of charge, the disclosure of his name and email.

This authorization is signed, without any time limitation, free of charge, so no payment will be due to the PARTICIPANT at any time or in any form.

Any and all support document must be presented during the registration, in order to avoid any inconvenience.

You will only be completely registered in the Conference after the payment has been made by PagSeguro system.

The registration system does not accept duplicate email registration and “CPF” number.
